AusCause, pioneers of AusCause.com.au - the first ever concept introduced in and operated from Australia - which presents people a platform to donate money to their favorite cause for free by simply searching and purchasing goods and/or services from the malls listed on the AusCause Member Shopping Portal.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms of Service,
"User"
"User" represents any person who visits the Website and uses its features and services without registering as a Member
"Member" or "Registered Member"
"Member" or "Registered Member’ means any Visitor who follows the registration procedure of the Website and creates a member account.
"Transactions"
“Transactions” shall include all services that are being offered by the AusCause website, irrespective of whether they are free or paid, including orders with a third party.
"You"and"Your"refer to the person who use the Website and accepts and agrees to the Terms of Service of this Agreement.
3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If in case the user decides to create a account, he must bear in mind that pursuant toSection 178BA of the Crimes Act (NSW) 1900, AusCause forbids creating more than one account with the AusCause Website and restricts joining on behalf of a family member or friend. If AusCause finds you infringing this section, it will immediately cancel all your accounts. User should not allow anyone else to sign in to his account.

4.1. AusCause requires to provide a valid email address (referred to as the ‘registered email address’) which we can keep for our records and send any required communication.

AusCause.com.au facilitates Users, by way of Member Agreement which spells out the detailed terms and condition of Member account/services, to register them with the Website and have a member account.Also, it aids users to have access to a sophisticated web based platform to search and list causes/charities; and search for shopping malls to purchase goods. AusCause represents the User of the AusCause service, not advertisers, sponsors, or causes.
8. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
Please check these terms periodically for changes. These Terms of Service must be read in conjunction with any other applicable “Member Agreement”, "Privacy Policy" and "Disclaimer" governing the use of this Website.
9. TAX ABSTRACTION
AusCause.com.au is not qualified to provide tax deductibility for any donations to charity or cause. However, you can obtain your own professional tax or legal services to analyze whether the rebate provided by the merchant used by you for donation meets the structural qualifications of the NAT code, including if the donation is made to the Deductible Gift Recipient’s (DGRs).
10. REPRESENTATIONS AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
10.1 You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and communications while using
the Service and for any consequences thereof.
10.2 Your use of the Website will not violate any law or regulation of the Australia or governing
local laws.

10.5 Users agree and understand that AusCause will not be keeping any book records of such sale transactions including purchases and donations.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities, which occur, under your user account, if created.AusCause.com.au will not entertain any third party claims, liability, damages or any other cost arising from your use. You are also responsible for your violation of the Terms of Service, or your infringement, or the infringement or use by any other user of your account, if created of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. You also agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your user account, if created, or any other breach of security known to you.
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
